My name is Mike, I believe every photograph tells a unique story with visual and compelling definition. My passion for photography sparked in 2019. While in high school I was inspired by professionals such as Mike Amarico and Peter McKinnon to see the creativity through composition, lighting and post processing. I began to see the importance of these elements and how they contribute to the feeling of a great photograph.

Specializing in high-resolution, contrast, colour and black/white imagery that prioritizes soul and purpose. My photographs use light as a scalpel to carve out moments of intensity and emotion.

My experience is rooted in technical excellence and a passion for visual storytelling. A graduate of Lambton College’s photography program, I’ve spent years honing my craft in both the controlled environment of a studio and the unpredictable beauty of natural and low-light settings.
Technical Expertise
I am proficient with industry-standard lighting (Godox, Arri, Speedotron) and the full Adobe Creative Suite. Beyond the camera I specialize in digital photo restoration, bringing new life to vintage black-and-white images through expertise in colorization and repair.
Exhibitions & Community
My work has been featured in several local exhibitions, including the Lawrence House and The Downtown Market. My experience isn't just behind the camera; I’ve also helped organize and curate these showcases, gaining a deep understanding of professional exhibition coordination and setup.
Field Experience
From the Lambton Lions to the OBAA Awards, my field experience is diverse. I consider myself a versatile post-graduate who can handle the logistics of a large-scale event while maintaining the artistic focus required for high-end portraiture.
